  Yes, I hope so. I’m the team leader but I think its more interesting if we all work together so I help my team mates and give them advice on what to do but I also like them to ask questions and put forward ideas and I ask them things I’m not sure about. We’ve all got different strengths so I think we work well together. As we’re a small company its important to us to make a good workplace, its much better if we all want to come to work and enjoy it. Often we make cakes and have coffee together. We’ve just got a new nespresso machine and a sofa in our office!
