Hi
I think it depends on what the cause is so its best to see your doctor or a pharmacist because they’ll know what treatment would be best. Other than that drinking lots of water, eating lots of fruit and veg and doing exercise will probably help (if you don’t do all of that already) and it makes you feel better.

The best thing to do is to go and see your GP. They can examine it and prescribe you medication that you cannot get over the counter at a pharmacy. There are lots of treatments, which range from benzoyl peroxide cream through to laser surgery!
I used to have quite bad spots when I was at school… I went to the doctor and he gave me oxytetracyclene tablets to take as well as benzoyl peroxide cream, and that seemed to do the trick for me. Just remember that it’s a moment in time… fast forward to now and I haven’t had any spots for years!
