      Hi Chante,

Good question! So there are many theories of time travel, wikipedia can explain them better than me:

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_travel

It’s a very interesting page! In theory, it’s possible. From what I remember, time travel to the future is much more likely than time travel to the past…

      Hi Chante,

Like Steve I’m not an expert on this, it’s such a complicated topic, but I’d like to think time travel could be possible. It would be really cool to travel to a different time!

Scientists have said it might be possible, like Einstein who suggested the theory of ‘wormholes’ or bridges between space and time. Stephen Hawking has done some work on ‘supermassive black holes’. Black holes are really dense and don’t let anything escape, even light. This means they have a big effect on space time and cause it to slow down. If a spaceship was able to orbit a black hole, it’s been calculated that astronauts in the ship would only experience eight minutes of time for every 16-minute orbit. Pretty interesting, right?
