Question: what is your favourite experiment you have done.

My favourite experiment was one that I set up myself in the lab after talking to some other scientists at a meeting. It involved injecting cancer cells into a gel so they made a round ball and then imaging them to see how they migrated and interacted with each other. Its my favourite because I had no idea if it would work (and it didnt to start with) but then it worked and I found that the cancer cells were repelled from each other and migrated further into the gel but were attracted to normal cells, which could be a part of how cancer spreads around the body.
